The industrious Point guard has been training with JKL for about a week and played for the club in a Friendly on Wednesdau evening against Ndejje at Namboole grounds.
When approached to explain on whether there is any hope of signing Wacha, JKL’s Technical Director Fredricks ‘Freedom’ Owora refused to give a comment on record, before smiling in what can be established a consent.
New club PR Desire Dreckford Mugumisa hinted that the club is in talks but said that an official communication will be made if an agreement is reached.
Wacha made a great contribution to Our Saviour last season despite the club’s failure to reach the playoffs.
He, together with Brian Ssentongo and Wilberforce Pirwoth played all 22 regular season games for Our Saviour last season, averaging 32 minutes.
Wacha made the most assists for Our Saviour – 58 – 2.64 per game.
His 280 points was the second best for Our Savior – Pirwoth scored 17 more.

If the deal comes to pass, Wacha will become the third signing for JKL who recently added Daniel Manoja (Our Saviour) and Bernard Okumu (UPDF Tomahawks).
