With a game in hand, Vipers junior team will visit table leaders KCCA SA at the Startimes Stadium, Lugogo this evening in a top of the table clash.
KCCA SA lead the treble group with 57 points from 17 games with Vipers occupying second place with 51points from 16 games.
KCCA SA youngster Bukenya Joseph Kizza believes this is their season. While speaking to us via a phone call interview, Kizza commented:
“We want to win this game with a good goal difference and seal the group, this game means a lot in our title quest because Vipers are the defending champions and a win against them will mean much.”
Vipers Junior team and Uganda Cubs midfielder Andrew Kawooya believes that his has got all it takes to come out victorious at the Startimes stadium
“KCCA SA is a big name team and ahead of us, it’s not a team like the previous ones but we will put in practice what our coaches told us to do.
Vipers Junior team beat KCCA SA 3-2 at the St Mary’s Stadium Kitende before KCCA SA won 2-0 at the Startimes stadium to ensure that KCCA host the third leg.
It should be noted that a FUFA Juniors League win with a difference of two goals earns four points.
