Bright Stars: Coach Kajjoba Confirms Sack

Barely a day after this website broke news of Bright Stars FC sacking head coach Fred kajjoba, the miserable but rather strong gaffer has confirmed his exit.

Asking of what he thinks prompted his bosses to do so, Kajjoba revealed to this website:

“Kilabika simanyi kutendeka mupiira” loosely translated as “It seems I don’t know how to coach.”

Kajoba joined Bright Stars in 2014 from Army side Simba. He replaced Paul Kiwanuka.

He is rather hopeful for a better deal having been with the Cranes national team as a goalkeeping coach at the ongoing Africa Cup of nations.

He could still stand a chance to remain the goalkeeping coach if he re applies.

Asked about his next move, Kajjoba quickly intervenes:

“That’s football and God has a better plan.”

The club is expected to name in a new coach with options including Asaph Mwebaze, Matia Lule, Charles Ayiekoh Mbuzi among others, though the latter ticks the boxes.
