The team delegation was headed by NCS’ Dr. Patrick Ogwel.

The She Cranes is set to meet First Lady Janet Kataha Museveni at Nakasero’s state house.

Uganda finished 7th, their best finish ever at a World Cup stage. The side occupied 8th and 13th in 2015 and 1979 World Cup.

It should be remembered that the First Lady flagged off the She Cranes before heading to Liverpool. It is expected that the players will be given more allowances and bonuses as a sign of appreciation.
