Former Uganda Cranes coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredejovic will be unveiled as the new coach of Egyptian giants Zamalek.
This, is the latest of dramatic turn of events from both camps in the last hours.
Micho shockingly resigned from his role as head coach of South African team Orlando Pirates, following a recent 3-0 loss to Super Sports United.
The Egyptian club on the other hand, have been in search for a new manager since sacking Khaled Galal last month. They dramatically named Serbia’s Aleksandar Stanojevic, a decision which was later cancelled.
Club president Mortada Mansour has now revealed that Micho will be assisted by Tarek Yehia.
At Pirates, he was appointed on August 2017 after resigning from Uganda Cranes where he cited unpaid arrears.
He took charge of the club in 80 games, won 38 and lost 16.
He also managed SC Villa where he won three straight league titles from 2001/2 season.
