Uganda will send the biggest team in history to the IAAF World Athletics Championship.
Uganda’s team of 12 males and 10 females will compete at this year’s 17th edition of the championship set to be held on September 27 to October 2019.
Olympics gold medalist Stephen Kiprotich, 30, bounces back and will compete in the Marathon category.

Kiprotich, hailing from Cheptiyal Village in Kapchorwa, scooped gold in the world championship in 2013 in Moscow and will be hoping for similar fortunes.
Joshua Cheptegei will also be the star attraction after becoming the first Ugandan to win the Diamond League trophy recently.

He won silver at the 2017 World Championship, a place behind England’s Mo Farah, in London.
