Egypt Premier League: Aucho Scores On Debut

Uganda Cranes midfielder Khalid Aucho was on target for his new team Misr El-Makasa as they defeated Aswan FC away from home on matchday one of the Egyptian Premier League.

The midfielder who joined from India’s Churchill Brothers, scored El-Makasa’s first goal at the half-hour mark before Amr Marey added a brace in a laboured 3-2 win.

Aucho’s Misr El-Makasa is now 3rd on the log table after match day one and will face Zamalek on Thursday at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo.

The midfielder has recently featured for South Africa’s Baroka, Serbia’s Red Star Belgrade, Kenya’s Gor Mahia, Tusker FC among others.
