Frank Zaga Tumwesigye was stretchered off against KCCA in the Super Eight final against KCCA at Wankulukuku and has consequently missed the team’s three league games. He has returned to training with the team recently and was also part of the team that played against Busiro.

Henry Kitegenyi who missed the team’s 2-2 draw against Mbarara City FC is also expected to feature.

The friendly is to fine tune the team ahead of their clash with bitter rivals SC Villa on October 2.

The sides will be meeting for the second time this month – Vipers 3-1 at Kitende on September 11. Rashid Toha, Denis Mwemezi and Fahad Bayo were on target for the Venoms while Joshua Kaliisa scored from the spot for the ‘Tuli Banyiivu’ team.

Vipers’ last friendly saw them beat Kajjansi United 5-0 with Bobos Byaruhanga, Brian Kalumba (2), Brian Nkuubi and Umar Kyebatala on target.

Katwe lost 2-0 to URA on Tuesday at Mwererwe with Brian Majwega and Shafic Kagimu on target for the tax collectors.
