KCCA FC coach Mike Mutebi has predicted a tough encounter when his side take the road to face BUL FC on match-day eight of the StarTimes UPL.

The Jinja based have had a good start to the season – second on the log with 13 points – and are expected to cause all sorts of trouble to the struggling defending champions KCCA.

Mutebi’s charges are yet to taste a victory in their last four encounters – drawing twice against Petro Atletico before a league loss and a draw against Tooro and Bright Stars respectively – and the tactician believes that they will face it rough against Peter Onen’s BUL.

“Teams always compete and up their game when they face us, and BUL has in fact been causing us upsets and giving us a hard time whenever we meet but we will play our way,” Mutebi said on Monday.

“Everyone expects us to deliver but this hasn’t come right and we are solving it with my fellow coaches at the club.

“We are ready for the BUL challenge though it won’t be easy basing on the recent meetings, there is a lot of competition in the league when you look at the table anything can happen but ordinary expectations are there for KCCA FC to go and pick results from BUL though its not easy.”

He added that he is not worried because his team has been playing very we’ll, only that they have just failed to make the ball cross the line.

KCCA are 10th on the table with seven points from four games.

Allan Okello, Mike Mutyaba, Anaku Sadat and Steven Sserwadda will carry KCCA’s scoring burden in Njeru however, it has to be a combined effort from the visitors to beat a Deogracious Ojok inspired that will b captained by former KCCA skipper Deni Okot.

“Things haven’t been going our side of late but the coaches are doing their work to see us improve,” said Mutyaba Mike.

“We are ready for the Bul task ,we have played big clubs than BUL on the continent but this doesn’t take away the fact that they are a good team, we shall go their play our way and try win the game.”

KCCA will continue to be without Muzamir Mutyaba, Saddam Juma, Julius Poloto and Hassan Jurua.
