StarTimes UPL side Tooro United’s season is set to hit it’s lowest point after their players are set to lay down their tools.

After their goalless draw against Bright Stars on matchday eight at Betway Muteesa II Stadium on Tuesday, the players were stranded, shocked and clueless when they were not given transport allowances.

It is understood that the players have not been remunerated since the start of the season.

The club recently added businessman Sperito Ssesanga as a joint shareholder with Car dealer Smart Obedi and all has not been well since.

The players have vowed not to travel to Fort Portal their next league game against BUL FC on Friday if their salaries are not fully cleared.

Tooro United who recently beat KCCA in their first game at St Paul Seminary, have collected 10 points from eight games.
