Tooro Vs BUL: Surprise Leaders Seek To Consolidate Place Atop

BUL FC will be targeting another win on match-day nine when they visit hosts Tooro United at St Paul Seminary ground in Fort Portal.

BUL FC are top of StarTimes UPL log with 16 points from seven games. They have won five, drawn and lost once.

They have not lost a game in their last four games, including a 3-0 thrashing of defending Champions KCCA at Njeru.

“We are fully prepared because its like a turning point game to consolidate where we are, We are fully ready, in all the preparations combined with proper game plan executed effectively and to see we overcome the game,” noted club coach Peter Onen.

With Robert Mukongotya, Musa Esenu, Musa Walangira among others, BUL FC will be going for a positive result.

Tooro United beat BUL home and away last season with Allan Kayiwa on target at both grounds as Tooro won 1-0.

Godfrey Lwesibawa noted that his side is ready to conquer.

“We are confident as a team because we are going to be at home. So Icall the fans to come in huge numbers and give us morale. We drew against Bright Stars at Wankulukuku in our last game and it was a learning experience.”

Tooro United, whose players had vowed to strike because of unpaid salaries and allowances, will hope to put up a strong game and play better unlike when they lost 2-0 against Kyetume in the last game at St Paul Seminary.
