Big League: Kigezi HomeBoyz Sack Coaches

FUFA Big League team Kigezi HomeBoyz have parted ways with coaches Steven Prichard and John Mutabaruka, the club has confirmed.

The former Kabale Sharp team has revealed that the interim academy Coach Ronald Mugisha will take charge of first team affairs with the club set to name a new coach head coach in the next 48 hours.

Kigezi who host games at Kabale Municipal Stadium, is third on the Rwenzori log with six points after four games.

The team beat Water FC 2-1 with Hassan Kakuru and Rashid Matovu on target before three straight 1-1 draws against Kansai Plascon, Kitara and Dove FC.

Next for Kigezi is a home game against New Villa on November 3 at home.

Kigezi recently collected Sh100M in a fans fundraiser and the recent change in technical bench is another big indicator of how big the club ambitions are. The side is to settle for less other than a spot in the top flight next season.
