Tooro United Coach Wasswa Bbosa Resigns After Onduparaka Loss

Tooro United head coach Wasswa Bbosa has resigned, The-SportsNation.com sources have confirmed.

This follows the club’s 3-0 loss against Onduparaka FC on Wednesday at Greenlight Stadium in Arua.

Julius Malingumu, Gadaffi Wahab and Gibson Adinho were on target as Onduparaka moved third to compound Tooro misery.

The coach’s resignation was predetermined and expected since last week after the club reportedly started to struggle financially.

He joined Tooro United, Soana then, on June 29, 2018 filling in the void left behind by sacked Alex Isabirye.

He had renewed his one year contract earlier before the start of the season.

Bbosa who holds a CAF B license, led the club to their best ever finish in the league last season when they came fourth with 49 points.

He leaves the club in 12th place with 10 points after as many games.

Tooro United will face Mbarara City before visiting SC Villa.
