Kyetume and Busoga United will seek return to winning ways when they face off on Tuesday. The game will be at a neutral ground – Bombo – after Namboole, home to Kyetume is under refurbishment.

The hosts, christened as the Slaughters, have lost their last two games (Vipers and BUL) to slid to eighth with 13 points after 10 games.

They felt they would have got a point at least in their 2-0 loss after putting up a spirited performance in a game where Isaac Kirabira missed a penalty.

Without the home advantage, Kyetume will have to double their efforts against Busoga who have won two straight games on the road.

Forward Saaka Sharif has proved wasteful at times while less can be asked from veterans Robert Ssentongo, Vicent Kayizzi, Patrick Ochan among others.

“We expect a tough game, they have a good experienced squad but we shall handle them technically and get positive results,” commented Busoga United coach Abbey Bogere Kikomeko.

Busoga sit fifth with 16 points, after losing 1-0 against Vipers with Bobosi Byaruhanga breaking their resistance in stoppage time.

“We have been correcting on our mistakes we made after that last minute goal we conceded against Vipers, and am sure that we will be using our chances.

“We are now in good shape and ready to give 100%.”

The visitors will welcome back Umar mukobe and Isma Kawawulo after serving their red card suspensions they picked against Police FC.
