URA FC extended Police’s misery with a 1-0 win in a league game played at FUFA Technical centre, Njeru.

Brian Majwega scored the only goal of the game after a cut-back from the tricky Joachim Ojera in the 15th minute.

URA FC coach Sam Ssimbwa was not convinced with his team’s perfomance despite the victory.

“Am happy that we have won the game, but despite the win, police were better than us. However, we came with our strategy and managed to come out victorious,” said Ssimbwa.

James Alitho was named man of the match.

He also showed his delight with goalkeeper James Alitho’s performance who was named the man of the match.

“He had a good game today. He was doing great in training and I chose him over Nafian Alionzi on merit”
