UPL: Wakiso Giants Put Three Past Kyetume

Wakiso Giants thrashed Kyetume FC 3-0 on the road in a StarTimes UPL game played at neutral ground – Bombo.

Amos Muwonge, Karim Ndugwa and Viane Ssekajugo were on target in that order for the Purple Sharks.

This is the second straight victory for Wakiso Giants under caretaker boss Steven Bengo who also helped the side to a 2-1 win against Busoga United.

Kyetume have now conceded 10 goals in their last two games after falling 7-1 away to Onduparaka.

Wakiso Giants have collected 19 points and move to fifth place after 14 games. This was the club’s sixth win of the season.

Kyetume remain on 16 points after succumbing to their seventh loss of the season.

Bengo’s side visit Maroons while Kyetume FC will take a long trip to face Mbarara City at Kakyeka this Friday.
