UPL: Express Fight Back To Beat Tooro

Express FC managed to come from a goal down to overcome hosts Tooro United FC away at St Paul Seminary ground in Fort Portal.

Tooro was on the verge of picking their fifth win of the season when Willy Kavuma converted from the spot at the half hour mark.

However, Express captain Dissan Galiwango scored two quick goals in the 60th and 65th minute to overturn the deficit.

The tally takes Galiwango to six goals this season. The club’s other two forwards Frank Kalanda and Frank Ssenyondo have seven and five goals respectively.

Express now ninth on the log, have collected 17 points from 14 games while Tooro United are 13th with 14 points.

Elsewhere, Muzamir Mutyaba scored the only goal as KCCA beat Vipers 1-0 at Lugogo.

Steven Mukwala bagged a brace as Maroons held Wakiso Giants at Njeru while Proline and BUL shared spoils at Bugembe.
