Mbabazi Dismisses Onduparaka Exit Rumours

Onduparaka FC head coach Livingstone Mbabazi has dismissed rumours of him parting ways with the Arua based side which have circulated this week after his side’s 3-1 loss against Villa.

News have made rounds and have linked Mbabazi to Wakiso Giants’ coaching job.

The tactician has confirmed that he is still Onduparaka’s coach, via the club’s twitter handle;

“I haven’t resigned, am still the coach of Onduparaka and am not going anywhere.”

The reports to Mbabazi’s departure have been based on financial constraints at the clubs.

Mbabazi joined Onduparaka prior to start of this season from Mbarara City FC.

In the 15 matches of first round which Mbababazi has coached the caterpillars, he has managed to win 7, lost 6 and drawn 2, which put his side in 5th position on the log with 23 points at the league break, 11 points below table leaders Vipers SC.
