UPL: URA Finish It Late Against Proline

Cromwell Rwothomio scored a late winner as URA FC beat Proline 2-1 in a league game played at Bombo Barracks ground.

Proline were on course for a point before Rwothomio’s winner in added time, bundling home off Joachim Ojera’s cross.

Saidi Kyeyune had put URA in the lead, scoring against his former side in the 43rd minute.

Lubega Edirisa equalised in the 73rd minute to give Proline hope.

URA FC end the first round in sixth with 20 points while Proline remain rooted at the bottom with nine points and will face KCCA in December.

The win is the first for URA in their last five games since beating Police 1-0 while the loss ends Proline’s five game unbeaten run.
