Former Uganda cranes head coach Sebastien Desabre has been sacked by Egyptian side Pyramids FC as their coach just after five months on duty.
The French man was signed by Pyrqmids FC in July this year on a two years contract after leading Uganda Cranes to the knockout stages of the 2019 AFCON in Egypt.
Desabre had joined Uganda Cranes in December 2017 when he replaced Serbia’s Milutin Sredojevic.
Desabre has only managed to win three league games out of the eight and he leaves the club in seventh position on the log with only 12 points and winless since their 3-2 win against El Etang El- Harby in October.
In total, Desabre has coached Pyramids in 21 games, winning 14, drawing four games, losing three, including the Egypt Cup final against Zamalek which also led to the sacking of Micho at the start of this Month.
On an interim basis, the club has named former Al Alhly head coach Abdel-Aziz Abdel-Shafy and will be assisted by former Zamalek Captain Mahmoud Fathallah.
