Nicholas Ssebwato: Goalkeeper Joins Sofapaka

Former Bright Stars shot stopper Nicholas Ssebwato has joined Sofapaka.

He flew out of the country in the wee hours of boxing day to finalize his deal with Kenya’s Batoto Ba Mungu.

Nicholas Ssebwato who had his second stint at the matugga based team Brightstars has reportedly put penned a two years contract with sofapaka FC

Ssebwato joins sofapaka FC at a time reports from Kenya indicate that the club have done away with Ugandan goalkeeper Ismail watenga who hasn’t lasted a year with the Batoto Bamungu.

Ssebwato who has had less playing time with Bright Stars is expected to compete for a starting spot in between the posts with Isaiah Wakasala and Richard Aimo.

Ssebwato who only appeared thrice for his former club Bright stars is expected to be unveiled in the early days of January 2020

Sofapaka currently seat eighth on the kenyan premier league table with 21 points out of the 13 games played.

He has recently featured for Onduparaka, KCCA FC, SC Villa and Tanzanian’s Coastal union.
