Experienced goalkeeper Ivan Mutumba is set to return to Express FC for his third stint, The-SportsNation sources have learnt.
The goalkeeper has been training with the club at Wankulukuku and he awaits official confirmation.
If the deal comes to pass, this will be Mutumba’s third spell for the Red Eagles after playing for the team in 2013 and 2016.
He was at Wakiso Giants last season, helping the club to acquire top flight status. He was named the best goalkeeper in Big league, amassing about nine clean sheets.
He has played for Lweza, Sadolin and Saints in the Uganda Premier League as well.

At Express FC, he is expected to compete for a place with the likes of Tony Kyamera and Mathias Muwanga.
Express FC coach George Ssimwogerere, speaking to this website at Wankulukuku, commented that the club is looking forward to adding some new additions to strengthened their squad.
He however denied to reveal the names of the new signings.
The Red Eagles, 11th on the 16-team log with 18 points, start their second round campaign against Busoga United at the Might Arena in Jinja.
