Express FC will be without Captain Dissan Galiwango when they take on relegation battlers Proline FC at Kavumba Recreation centre.
Galiwango who has scored six goals for the traditional giants this season, will miss out after accumulating three yellow cards.
Frank Ssenyondo and Yiga Mohammed who missed the 6-1 loss against Police FC return on Saturday while Cyrus Kibande, Martin Kizza and Joshua Ssentambule remain doubtful.
The Red Eagles have lost their two opening games of the second round and will be hoping for a return to winning ways against bottom placed Proline.
The visitors, who will bank on striker Diego Hamis Kizza, added Brian Umony to their ranks. Umony played for Express FC last season.
Proline FC lost to Vipers 2-4 in their last game after beating Maroons 1-2 at Luzira.
The reverse fixture ended 2-1 in favour of the hosts at Lugogo with Noordin Bunjo and Mustafa Mujuzi on target to cancel out Galiwango’s opener.
