Livingston Mbabazi will be seeking to pick his first win when Wakiso Giants face his former club Onduparaka FC on Sunday at Wakissha Resource centre.

The gaffer joined Wakiso before the start of the year but has lost his first two league games to Police and Mbarara City.

Mbabazi, who also coached Mbarara City, left the Carterpillars in November just six months into his two-year contract.

He reportedly terminated his contract because of unpaid arrears at the club, and he was then linked to a move back to the Ankole Lions.

Strikers Viane Ssekajugo and Karim Ndugwa will also be facing their former team while the match comes so early for Geriga Atendele who is yet to receive his licensing.

The club has revealed that Yasin Mugabi and Kirizestom are unavailable for selection.

The Purple Sharks

Faizul Ibrahim scored the only goal in the seventh minute as Onduparaka, coached by Mbabazi then, beat Wakiso 1-0 in the reverse fixture played at Greenlight Stadium, Arua.

The visitors drew one-all against Maroons in their last encounter, just a week after getting a walkover against Tooro United who never had licence for their players.

Onduparaka occupy sixth place with 27 points, seven points above Wakiso in 12th place
