Midfielder Allan Okello has saluted KCCA FC management, coach Mike Mutebi and media among others in his emotional farewell after sealing a deal to Algerian side Paradou FC.
The Youngster joined Paradou in a four-year deal after rising through KCCA FC ranks.
“Life takes us places when the right time comes,” starts Allan Okello who posted the message on his Facebook account. “Am here to appreciate KCCA FC management for the platform and coaches especially coach Mike Mutebi for the trust and faith he always had in me.”
“Am thankful to the backroom staff and all support staff for any form of assistance rendered to me during my stay at the club. To my teammates, I will always be grateful for the time shared on and off the pitch.
“You helped me tremendously grow as player and be able to exhibit my talent daily with that kind of support. To the lovely fans of KCCA FC I can’t thank you enough for you always showered me with love both during good and bad days thus will always have u at heart. All media houses a big thank you for u have played apart in the development of my brand.”
Okello came at the scene when he scored an hat-trick on his debut against Onduparaka FC on February 27, 2017 aged just 16 years.
The midfielder leaves KCCA with 39 goals from 112 appearances.
