Egyptian club Misr El Makkasa have parted ways with coach Ahmed Hossam Mido, it’s official.

El-Makkasa is home for Uganda midfielder Khalid Aucho who joined the Egyptian outfits last year.

Aucho has missed the club’s last the club’s last five games since playing in a 1-1 draw against Tanta SC in December last year.

The club has gone eight games without a win including a recent 3-1 loss to Pyramids on Tuesday, and Mido’s sacking was imminent.

Aucho’s Makkasa are 15th on the log with 11 points after 14 games.

Aucho has played eight games since joining Makkasa, scoring one goal which came against Aswan in September in a 3-2 victory on the road.
