Police FC have been knocked out of this year’s Uganda Cup after falling 2-0 away to regional league club Admin FC.
Goals from Aaron Okoth and Walter Alere handed Admin FC one of their big wins against a high profile club.
Last season, Police reached the round of 16 before bundling out against Express FC via shootouts.
Coached by Abdallah Mubiru, Police FC will shift focus to the league where they will face Proline before on Tuesday before hosting SC Villa at Lugogo.
The loss, was the first for the Cops since losing 3-2 to KCCA FC in November last year.
Police are 11th on the log with 21 points and will fancy running far away from the drop after being chopped three points at the start of the season when they failed to attend a game against Onduparaka FC.
Elsewhere, Viane Ssekajugo scored a brace as Wakiso Giants beat Bugoigo while Kyetume and UPDF FC all reached the round of 32.
