Zambia club Zesco United has reportedly released Ugandan striker Umar Kasumba.
Kasumba, who has played for SC Villa and Police FC, joined Zesco United in July last year where he signed a two-year contract from Sofapaka.
He had impressed at Sofapaka, scoring 19 league goals for the Kenyan club in the 2018/19 season.

Reports in Zambia have suggested that Kasumba is among the three foreigners who have been released – Kola Quadri and Kosuke Nakamachi are the other.
The trio have failed to impress at the club and they are plotting to reduce the influx of foreign players, reports add.
Zesco have won eight league titles, only Nkana have won more – 12.

They currently occupy fourth place in the Zambian Super League with 34 points, three below leaders Nkana. Green Eagles and Napsa Stars are second and third respectively.
Zesco who lost 2-1 at Kabwe Warriors on Wednesday, face TP Mazembe in the Champions League on Saturday.
