FUFA Disciplinary Panel: KCCA FC Fans Warned

FUFA Competitions Disciplinary Panel (CDP) has warned KCCA FC fans against hooliganism.

This comes after circumstances of the case which was reported in the match between the club and URA FC on January 31 at Arena of visions in Bombo.

It is said that KCCA fans started up chaos in an attempt to enter the Stadium only to be contained by Police.

The ruling made by CPD, had KCCA FC represented by club CEO Anisha Muhoozi while URA was represented by CEO Bridget Nakayenga.

It is revealed that KCCA fans were angered by a provocative URA FC coach Sam Ssimbwa at the final whistle who was celebrating a 2-1 win.

“The CDP in considering the case took into account the KCCA FC previous record and the situation leading up to the incident.

“Accordingly, the competitions disciplinary panel hereby warns KCCA FC against future incidents and is encouraged to prevail over its fans.”

KCCA FC through its fans committee took action against the fans who were involved in the incident.
