Express FC Returns To Wankulukuku

Express FC has been given a greenlight to return to Betway Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku, it’s official.

The stadium which was banned because of the poor pitch conditions last year, has been cleared by FUFA Licensing committee to host league games.

The Red Eagles have confirmed that they will host their next league game at the stadium.

Express face URA FC on Tuesday, February 25th but the tie will be behind closed doors following a ruling by FUFA Disciplinary panel after Express fans attacked Maroons bus among others.

Fans will have to wait on May 6 when they will watch their team play at Wankulukuku against Wakiso Giants because the league is going to take a break as Uganda Cranes start CHAN preparations.

Express FC are 11th on the 16-team log with 28 points.

Express FC has been hosting games at Kavumba Recreation centre in the second round.

Bright Stars are yet to confirm whether they will return at Wankulukuku.
