Bbosa reportedly released four express players.
Express FC coach Wasswa Bbosa has broken silence about the said released players at Wankulukuku.
This week, about four players ran to FUFA seeking help about their future with the Red army.
Forward Edrisa Kaye, Hamdan Nsubuga, Joshua Ssentambule and goalkeeper Joshua Adea are the players who reports said that were told by Bbosa to look elsewhere.
Bbosa, speaking after the Express FC’s 1-0 away win against Maroons at Luzira, cleared the air about the current situation at the club.
“We haven’t released any player,” the gaffer said. “We just rested those players because they have injuries.”
“Those players have no release letters, they receive salary on their accounts and don’t know why they would complain when they receive salary.”

Frank Kalanda took his tally to 11 goals when he slotted home from a Dissan Galiwango assist as Express edged Douglas Bamweyana’s Maroons in a rare Thursday league fixture.
“We have managed to win but our target is to see Express survive relegation and with the points have gained since my return I’m happy with what we have achieved so far,” Bbosa said.
“In the Uganda cup game against Maroons, many goals were scored against us but we have worked on the defense now that we are not conceding.”
After the Maroons game, his team will return to action in a month time.
“The league can’t stop for a month worldwide as it affects some teams financially but for our case we will utilize the time to correct our mistakes and catch up our system.”
Express FC are 9th on the table with 31 points out of the 25 games played.
