Midfielder Badru Nsubuga says that he will be ready to play football again, come next season.

The industrious player was operated last year in November at Mengo Hospital after Kidney complications.

“It has been tough times for me,” Nsubuga opened up to The-SportsNation. “But I feel am doing well and Insha Allah I will be ready to play next season.”

Nsubuga who started his career with Rubaga’s All Winners, joined Wembley FC in 2017.

He signed for Express FC in 2018 before he was released by coach George Ssimwogerere in May 2019.

“I have been doing some personal trainings to stay in shape though I will have to wait for some few months to return to competitive football.”

The player was on the verge of joining Abdallah Mubiru’s Police FC at the start of the 2019/20 season before the deal fell through.

Nsubuga is a hard worker with great passing ability who can as well operate just behind the forwards.
