Express FC captain Dissan Galiwango has reportedly put pen on paper with KCCA FC.
This, brings rumors to an end that have made rounds since January when the former Express captain was linked to the Lugogo based side.
The left back who played in the front-three last season, has also hinted on his exit from Wankulukuku.
“I have learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel Thanks Express FC,” Dissan tweeted on Monday.
Our sources have said that the player has signed a three-year contract with the Mike Mutebi-coached side.
Dissan scored six goals and made three assists for the Red Eagles last season.
He is expected to fill the void of Mustafa Kizza who is expected to leave the Lugogo based side before the start of the 2020/21 season
In a space of three years, KCCA FC has made it a habit of signing Express captains including Sadam Juma and John Revita.
