FUFA, the UPL Board, and top Division clubs held a consultative meeting in Mengo at which a club licensing action plan
2020/2021 was released.
The Federation asked clubs for full cooperation during the licensing exercise in the timelines set.
The Federation has set a tentative date of October 17, 2020 when the UPL will start while the fixture will be out a month earlier.
