Kampala Capital City football club has completed the double signing of Ashraf ‘Fadiga’ Mugume and Charles Lwanga.
According to our trusted sources from the Lugogo based side, Lwanga has put ink on paper on a three-year employment contract that will see him with KCCA FC untill 2023.
It should be remembered that the St. Marys SS student joined the 16-time league champions Villa in 2019 under the tutorship of former gaffer Douglas Bamweyana where he signed a five years contract.
He only lasted a season with the Villa before dragging the side to the player status committee over unpaid arrears of over nine months.
Unlike Lwanga, Mugume has penned a four years contract that will see him remain at Lugogo until 2024.
He was released from Vipers in January barely two seasons since joining their senior team.
He played for Police FC on loan from vipers during the 2018/19 season before rejoining the Kitende side.
He managed to feature only four times for the four-time league champions.
