FUFA, UPL and the first division clubs will meet again this Thursday, June 18 at FUFA house.
This will be the second meeting after the first consultative meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
Then, 9 of the 14 clubs were represented including Busoga United despite club chairperson Diana Hope Nyago claiming that she never authorised the representative.
Express FC was represented by former Chairperson Hon Nakiwala Kiyingi who doubles as the FUFA Vice President. She attended the meeting on a conference.
The letter, from UPL CEO Bernard Bainamani says that they have received a confirmation from FUFA for the proposed meeting.
In the first meeting, Competitive Reforms was pushed for the second meeting.
The invited clubs are Vipers SC, KCCA FC, SC Villa, Busoga Utd FC, URA FC, BUL FC, Mbarara City FC, Onduparaka FC, Express FC, Wakiso Giants FC, Kyetume FC, Bright Stars FC, Police FC and MYDA FC.
A decision between Ndejje and UPDF on who will earn top flight promotion is still in the pipeline.
According to the agenda, UPL Board chairman Arinaitwe Rugyendo and FUFA President Moses Magogo will give the opening remarks which will be reacted on before discussions on the 2019 UPL season review and competition Reforms.
It remains to be seen whether the boycotting clubs, led by Mbarara City FC, will attend the meeting.
