Express FC will take legal action against Dissan Galiwango and his new club Vipers SC.
Vipers, on Wednesday, confirmed the capture of Express captain Galiwango on a four-year deal.
Express FC chairman Kiryowa Kiwanuka has stated that the club is unaware of the move officially.
“Express FC, with valid contract, has not released or transferred Dissan Galiwango,” Kiwanuka has said.
“This has not come as a surprise to us!!
“While we respect his wish to leave, the club has rights which Vipers SC is aware of. We intend to enforce them using all the legal avenues available to us.”

Vipers, via their official website, has said that Galiwango has joined on a undisclosed fee.
The move comes after Express CEO Isaac Mwesigwa earlier stated that the player had renewed his contract until 2022.
Galiwango is said to have been paid Sh15M by Kiwanuka in March this year to sign a two-year contract.
