Denis Iguma: KCCA FC Set To Unveil Uganda Cranes Defender

KCCA FC will this Sunday unveil Uganda Cranes defender Denis Iguma, this website has learnt.

Iguma will be unveiled via KCCA TV show aired on Sunday on Sanyuka TV at 10pm.

He has reportedly signed a two-year deal as the club strengthens their squad for the 2020/21 season.

He will fill the void left behind by an injured John Revita while Eric Ssenjobe has moved to Police FC.

He joins Peter Magambo, Samuel Kato, Mustafa Kizza, Musa Ramathan, Filbert Obenchan among other defenders at the club.

Iguma and coach Mike Mutebi’s relationship has been a debate since the deal made known to the press – The duo fell out during their time at SC Villa.

Iguma has been out of action after a career threatening injury in 2019 while playing for Lebanese side Bekaa Sports club.

KCCA FC have already unveiled Italian Stefano Mazengo Loro, Ashraf Mugume and Charles Lwanga.

Pius Obuya has reportedly joined the 13-time league champions while Bright Anukani, Isma Mugulusi and Brian Aheebwa are still top targets.

KCCA will be hoping to win the league next season and will be targeting a berth in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup groups.
