The Somali Football Federation has on slapped assistant coach of Horseed FC for 14 months after he punched fourth official in a recent game.

Coach Ibrahim Ahmed let it loose when he punched a 4th official before storming the pitch where he wanted to punch the referee as well.

The ugly scenes took place in a league game between Elman and Horseed in Mogadishu, Somalia.

The coach has been ordered to pay a fine of $700 USD.

The main incident occurred in the 75th minute of the match when the referee issued out a red card to the assistant coach after being notified by the fourth official.

Instead of heading to the dressing room, the coach landed a heavy punch that hit the assistant coach and had to be contained by his fellow players as he chased the centre referee down at the field of play.

The game ended 2-2 with Horseed in third place with 30 points just below Elman who have collected 31 points.
