Uganda Premier league side BUL FC have confirmed signing two new players ahead of the forthcoming 2020/21 season.
The new signings are Aggrey Madoi and Ibrahim Mugulusi who have joined on a two-year deal each.
Midfielder Mugulusi joins from Busoga United while left back Madoi played for Wakiso Giants last season.
“I am thrilled with the new players brought-forth on board and I feel they will beef-up the team to compete favorably and realize our goals for the coming seasons,” BUL coach Arthur Kyesimira told the club media team
“I thank management for the effort put in for this to happen.”
Madoi brings a lot of experience after stints with Vipers, Police FC and JMC Hippos.
The duo were unveiled at the club headquarters in Masese Jinja with club Chairman Ronald Barente and Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Kongola present.
Last season, BUL FC finished sixth with 36 points, after the league was ended due to Covid19 pandemic.
“I’m very excited and I am ready to help the team achieve something next season. I give thanks to God and the coach who has given me a chance,” said Aggrey Madoi.
Mugulusi commented: “I appreciate the opportunity given to me by the coach, I will not disappoint him, I promise the fans that we will be a better team next season.”
