Midfielder Duncan Sseninde has confirmed leaving Vipers SC after a five-year spell at the Kitende-based club.
Sseninde, who spent last season on loan with Wakiso Giants, has bid his farewell:
“First of all, thank you to the wonderful group of fans for the great time and being incredibly supportive over the last five years. And everyone involved at Vipers,” he tweeted.
“The managers, coaches, and amazing teammates that I had the pleasure of playing alongside. Sincere thanks to Lawrence Mulindwa for the fatherly support and care. I learnt a lot and am proud to have been part of this journey. As I look to pursue other opportunities, I wish everyone at the clib a successful future.”
Reports this week, said that the midfielder had agreed with Vipers to terminate his contract with the club.
Sseninde joined Vipers from KJT Rwenshama and is rumoured to be considering a permanent stay at Wakiso Giants as Tom Masiko did recently.
The player is also reported to be in talks with SC Villa among other suitors.
