Khalid Aucho’s Misr El-Makkasa has recorded three positive Covid19 cases, EFA has announced.
However, Uganda Cranes midfielder is not among the three cases.
Ahead of the league resumption this Sunday, the cases include Amr Marei, Mohammad Mosaad and team doctor Amin Refaat.
The trio has been asked to self isolate after contradicting the virus.
All teams were obliged to run three rounds of PCR tests before the resumption of the Premier League.
El-Makkasa are currently 17th on the Egyptian Premier League log with 14 points from 17 games.
Last month, Aucho cried foul after going about five months without pay.
