Newly promoted UPL side UPDF FC are set to raid Bright Stars FC to snatch two players.
The-SportsNation sources have been told that Jungu Methodius and Aggrey Kirya are on UPDF FC’s radar will be unveiled very soon if it all comes to pass.
Jungu is an exciting winger and his ability to create chances for the forwards will be key for the Army side.
Joining the bombo-based UPDF will provide Jungu with a chance to play for his home club.
Kirya, a right back, returned to Bright Stars in January this year.
The exit for the duo will be a big loss for the side that is set to appoint a new coach following Paul Kiwanuka’s departure to join Vipers.
This week, Bright Stars had interviews with five candidates including Kefa Kisala who has since joined UPDF FC.
The Army side on the other hand, has acquired Ronnie Kisekka, Ibrahim Wamana, Gaddafi Gadinho, Simon Mbazira, James Begisa among others.
