I Paid For A Gym To Defend Him – Okot Picks Three Hardest Opponents

The roving right back has played for Uganda Premier League teams like Vipers, URA FC and Lweza.

Okot says that Martin Kizza was hard, powerful and brutal to the extent that he had to pay one month at a Gym to be able to defend him.

“Mugume was at The Saints FC (now UPDF FC) and by then I was in Lweza FC. He has speed on the ball and he’s skillful as well, but I managed to defend him but it was not easy in the first half,” Okot explained.

“Another player is Kizza (KCCA) because of his crosses though I managed to block some of them but when I was attacking him he could defend me also.

“Martin Kizza during his time at SC Villa when I was at URA. He’s skillful, speedy on the ball and powerful, it was because of him that I paid for one month at the gym, the guy was too energetic”.
