Odumegwu: KCCA FC Terminates Nigerian’s Contract

KCCA FC has terminated the contract of John Odumegwu, its official.

The Nigerian has had a difficult spell on and off the pitch at the 13-time winners since joining in 2019.

Yes, it is true the club has mutually agreed with Odumegwu to terminate his contract. We thank him for his time at the club and wish him the very best in his future,” Michael Kirunga, Deputy KCCA CEO has stated, as quoted by KCCA FC.

He leaves with one year left on his contract.

In December last year, Odumegwu was arrested by Police in Mutungo Bbiina on charges of unlawful confinement when he tortured MUBS Girls.

The striker, acquired to fill the boots of Patrick Kaddu, leaves having scored one goal, against Maroons.
