URA FC Loans Lanky Defender To Onduparaka

URA FC has loaned out defender Ronald Odokonyero to fellow Uganda Premier League side Onduparaka FC.

The Tax collectors have said that Odokonyero has been sent out on a one-year long loan.

Odokonyero joined URA FC in August 2019 from Ndejje University FC and he signed a three-year deal.

At Ndejje, he had captained the side in their first season in Uganda Premier League.

However, he has failed to command playing minutes under Sam Ssimbwa, with Benjamin Nyakojo, Patrick Mbowa and Hudu Mulikyi the preferred options at the heart of defence.

URA FC has signed only three players this season – Jackson Nunda, Hanington Ssebwalunyo and Davis Ssali.

He is the latest of many new additions at the Arua-based Onduparaka who have unveiled Simon Okot, Emmanuel Oketch, Gabriel Matata, Jerry Jakisa, Bony Musema, Augustine Opoka, Shaban Wasswa and Oscar Agaba among others.
