Mali are set to lose battle to lure Adama Traore after the Wolves winger was summoned again for the Spain Senior National Team.
The Mali Football Federation also summoned Adama ahead of their two friendly matches with Ghana and Iran next Month.
The Winger is in Spain squad as well as the 2010 World Champions prepare to face Portugal, Switzerland and Ukraine.
Adama is eligible to play for Mali because of Parentage and Spain because its his place of birth.
He was born on January 25, 1996 in L’Hospitalet, a municipality of Spain.
He has represented Spain at Youth Level but his senior team national summons have hit dead ends.
He withdrew from the team in November due to an injury as Spain prepared to face Malta and Mali in Euro 2020 qualifiers.
Adama also pulled out of the Spain squad to face Germany in Nations League after testing positive for Covid19.
