Liverpool play host to Arsenal at Anfield with a place in the quarter final of the Carabao Cup up for grabs.

The encounter comes three days after the two teams met on Monday at the same venue, with Jurgen Klopp’s side deserved winners.

A lot is going go change tonight, with both sides expected to ring changes in their squads and this may go to who has a better second string.

On Monday, despite leading through Alexandre Lacazette, Arsenal failed to hold on before goals from Sadio Mane Andrew Robertson and debutant Diogo Jota handed maximum points for Liverpool.

Liverpool will miss the services of Thiago Alcantara after testing positive for Covid19 but of course he missed the Monday game as well.

Jordan Henderson is another absentee but the likes of Tsimikas, Minamino, Shaqiri, Adrian, Elliot among others will be given a chance.

Mikel Arteta on the other hand will continue to miss usual suspects Cedric Soares and Sokratis Papsthopoulos and it remains to be seen if any of Mesut Ozil and Gendouiz will be given a chance.

New goalkeeper Runarsson, Gabriel, Saka, Pepe, Nketiah among others are in line for a starting place.

Who To Trust? Last season, in the same competition, these sides needed penalties to be separated after a 5-5 draw. Yes, 10 goals rained that night. This has been the story with this game including the days or Julio Baptista, Andrew Arshavin etc. And I don’t expect anything different, Bet on Over
