Silverbacks coach Mande Juruni has named his final squad to Egypt for the Afrobasket Qualifiers.
Uganda’s senior basketball team, the Silverbacks, will face Egypt, Morocco and Cape Verde in Pool E in Alexandria due November 27-29.
The team of 12 local based players have been training at home since October 6 at MTN indoor Arena in Lugogo under Juruni and Brian Wathum.

There is no place on the team for youngster and fan favourite Fayed Baale, while Geoffrey Soro and Ivan Muhwezi are among the players dropped.
The selected seven will join the initial squad of six foreign based players that was summoned earlier, in Egypt.
