Gadinho Reveals Reason For Joining Arua Hill

Arua Hill SC latest signing Gadafi Gadihno has revealed the reason why he signed for the newly promoted FUFA Big League side.

Gadinho had reportedly agreed a two-year deal with UPDF, however, he was on Monday unveiled by Arua Hill.

The confirmation erased away all other speculations since the talented star terminated his contract with Mbarara City FC.

“It feels comfortable playing locally than anywhere else,” Gadinho told Arua Hill SC.

“Normally, when I am at home, I get a chance to see my kids and it excites me, so I had to decide to join Arua Hill SC when the opportunity presented its self.

“I also wanted to play alongside my former teammates again like Rashid Agau, Alfred Leku etc and many others here whom we have been playing before from Drum Team to club level.”

Gadafi returns in the Big League, a competition he last played in before his former side Onduparaka FC were promoted to top flight.

He expressed his confidence about his team’s chances of attaining the promotional slots.

“Big league isn’t an easy competition in Ugandan football, but with many experienced players around with whom I have played at Big league level before, if we work as a team we can achieve it as long we win all home games which are very important in a bid to climb up.”

Big league dates are yet to be revealed and so the fixture.
